Estivador is a boutique engineering and advisory practice operated by NETERO OÜ and led by Dr. Reinholds Zviedris.

Reinholds has more than 25 years of experience across software development, systems and database administration, networking, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, site reliability engineering, cybersecurity, technical leadership, and compliance enablement.

His work combines strategic guidance with direct implementation. That may mean defining a platform roadmap with company leadership, improving a Kubernetes environment with an engineering team, preparing evidence with compliance owners, or working directly with auditors and enterprise customers.
